Founded by Barry in 2008, The Extinguisher Guy was built on a commitment to providing quality fire safety services at a reasonable price. Following Barry's retirement in 2025, the business continues as a family-owned and operated company under the management of his son, maintaining the same customer-focused approach that has guided the business from the beginning.

We service residential, commercial, industrial and strata properties, providing routine inspections, testing and maintenance for fire extinguishers, fire blankets, hose reels, fire hydrants, emergency and exit lighting systems, and other essential fire safety measures. We also assist with Annual Fire Safety Statement (AFSS) compliance, helping property owners and managers meet their regulatory obligations.
